Sacred Threshold LLC does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, accuracy, predictions, healing, financial gain, relationship outcomes, or life changes. No reading or spiritual session should be used as the sole basis for making major life, health, legal, financial, or relationship decisions.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and personal choices following any session or interaction with Sacred Threshold LLC.

3. No Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice

Sacred Threshold LLC is not a medical provider, licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional service provider.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, emotional, legal, or financial condition. We do not provide psychological counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency crisis support.

4. Client Responsibility

By booking or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes. Sacred Threshold LLC encourages all clients to use personal discernment, seek qualified professional support when needed, and take full responsibility for their lives and choices.

5. Appointments, Payments, and Fees

All fees, session details, appointment lengths, and service descriptions will be provided before purchase or booking. Sacred Threshold LLC strives to keep fees reasonable and transparent, with no hidden costs or surprise fees.

Payment may be required at the time of booking. If payment is not received, Sacred Threshold LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or withhold services until payment is complete.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Sacred Threshold LLC values both the client’s time and our own. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of Sacred Threshold LLC. In cases where we feel we cannot appropriately serve a client, we may honestly advise the client, refer them to another professional, or issue a refund when appropriate.

No refunds are guaranteed for completed sessions, missed appointments, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction based solely on personal interpretation of a reading or session.

7. Confidentiality

Sacred Threshold LLC keeps readings, sessions, and client information confidential and discreet. We will not intentionally share the details of your session with others, except when required by law, necessary to protect safety, required to process business operations, or authorized by you.

8. Code of Ethics

Sacred Threshold LLC follows the Code of Ethics below:

We treat all persons equally without prejudice or discrimination because of sex, race, ethnic background, color, religious affiliation, or sexual preference.

We promise to work conscientiously for the best and highest good and best and highest joy of our clients.

We scrupulously avoid fraudulent claims, practices, and promises, and we always strive for quality in readings and all metaphysical and spiritual work.

We encourage seekers to accept total responsibility for their lives and the choices they must make in their lives.

We honor others’ points of view, even those that differ from ours.

We set reasonable fees with no hidden costs or surprise fees. We do not keep the client falsely engaged just to increase those fees.

We keep all readings confidential and discreet.

We do not claim 100% accuracy because no one has or is meant to have all the answers all the time. Spirit, God, and/or the Universe has a plan that is not always revealed to us.

We advise our clients that we are not licensed therapists, psychiatrists, or medical doctors and therefore do not provide a diagnosis or psychological counseling.

We advise our clients that we are not licensed attorneys at law and therefore do not provide legal advice.

We do not counsel that someone is about to die or has a terminal disease, even if we feel serious illness may be present.

We never try to force clients to accept what we are telling them.

Finally, we keep the clients’ welfare in mind first. In cases where we feel we cannot serve the customer, we advise them honestly and either refund their money or refer them to another professional.
